Most items ship (not deliver) within 1-5 business days unless item availability is otherwise noted in the product description or if there are payment processing delays. Personalized and handmade items typically require an additional 7-14 days or more depending on demand. If you need an item by a specific date, please specify it in the Comments section of your order or contact us.

Shipments may take 2-7 business days depending on delivery location. If you need to receive your shipment by a specific date or need shipping rates for destinations outside of the US, please contact us 1.866.303.6262 or info@sillyandsweet.com for additional delivery options.

Since some merchandise may be shipped directly from manufacturers at various locations, items may arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges.

Some over-sized items, such as furniture and wall décor, may incur a shipping surcharge in addition to the standard shipping rates. Shipping surcharges are noted in the product description and in your shopping cart. Shipping surcharges are not included in free shipping offers unless specified.

We reserve the right to charge inbound and outbound shipping costs to your credit card if a package is refused, rejected or returned for delivery failure.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates are available for purchase and will be sent within 1 business day via USPS First-Class Mail or via email in .pdf format for immediate use FREE of charge.

SALES TAX

Silly & Sweet Baby Boutique LLC is located in Victor, Idaho. Sales tax of 6% will be charged to orders with an Idaho billing or shipping address.

RETURN POLICY

Some items may not be eligible for return. This includes special orders, personalized items, furniture, and other select items, so please pay close attention to ordering instructions and the return policies in each of the product descriptions.

All returned items must be in new, unused condition with all tags still attached and in the original packaging. Please contact us prior to attempting a return at info@sillyandsweet.com within ten (10) days of receiving the item for instructions and Return Authorization (RA) number. Items without a Return Authorization number will not be accepted for return. Silly & Sweet Baby Boutique will not credit or pay for return shipping costs on any order unless the returned item is incorrect due to our error.
